Growth Ambitions is a management consulting entity founded by Murray Horrex who, after 18 years at Deloitte & Touche, Oliver Wyman and PA Consulting, decided to set up independently in 2011. The 'Growth Ambitions' title is founded on the view that shareholders and employees can be united by an ambition for long-term profitable growth, whatever the business problem or delivery project. The ambition need not be limited to projects aimed at revenue growth or acquisition. Even projects delivering efficiencies or cost reduction are ultimately paving the way for growth by improving competitiveness and allocating resources for a better return.
Growth Ambitions is a small business consulting entity, working with clients and associates to provide solutions to the important and urgent business questions, as well as providing change management that navigates solutions through multi-stakeholder environments and project management that ensures the output is fit for purpose, and delivered on time and on budget. To this end, Murray provides business strategy, planning, post-merger integration, project management, communications and management development services.
